Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide consistent support to staff and ensure positive guest interactions.
• Uphold standards, ensure product quality, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Give employees feedback to foster development and improve operations.
• Ensure uniform standards are followed and perform line checks for weights, temps, cleanliness, and organization.
• Staff the unit, interview, hire, train hourly employees, and conduct orientations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and monitor assets.
• Prepare production checklists and ensure proper recipe implementation.
• Order food, small wares, uniforms, and other supplies to maintain standards.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement improvement plans.
• Approve discounts and prioritize safety for employees and guests.
