Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to drive operations, people development and financial results at the store level. You will uphold our culture and standards while guiding crewmembers, customers and partners.

You will manage forecasts, budgets, schedules and performance, lead the opening/closing processes, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant leadership experience is required and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent problem solving, goal setting and execution.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• Able to work various shifts and travel for training.
• Must be 18+ and have valid driver's license.
• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget to ensure restaurant financial success.
• Ensure overall restaurant compliance to company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and payroll.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develop management-level crewmembers and performance.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close, cash handling.
• Monitor P&L and execute strategies for financial and operational performance.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Use tools and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploy crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
