Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding our standards and culture across all aspects of restaurant operations.

The OM will execute restaurant operations, manage shift performance, and ensure customer service and safety standards. Candidates should have 3+ years in restaurant/retail management and be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Executes restaurant operations functions and acts as manager on duty.
• Opens and closes the restaurant and manages cash handling.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards and ensures safety compliance.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures the facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
