Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding our standards and culture across all shifts.

You will open and close the restaurant, manage cash, supervise crewmembers, ensure customer service and safety, and coordinate with teams; the role includes occasional travel for training and events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage cash handling.
• Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Deploy Crewmembers and ensure exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; follow food safety procedures.
• Occasionally drive for business needs when required.
