Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding brand standards and culture in all restaurant activities.

You will supervise shifts, manage cash handling, open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive exceptional customer service while coaching Crewmembers and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions and acts as manager on duty.
• Opens and closes the Restaurant and manages cash handling.
• Enforces company policies and standards; ensures safety and quality.
