Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

As OM, you will manage shifts, cash handling, training, and guest service, driving performance and a safe, clean environment across all restaurant operations. The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma, 3+ years of management, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel for work.
• Must complete company training programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations functions and act as manager on duty.
• Open/close restaurant; manage cash and records.
• Enforce policies and safety standards; drive customer service.
• Schedule Crewmembers; monitor logs and action when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety.
