Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, wage, age, and safety regulations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage profitability including food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
• Implement current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop them.
• Train and develop restaurant staff continuously.
• Participate in local marketing in the trade area.
• Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Ensure all programs and reports are completed on schedule.
• Engage with community affairs to drive sales and PR opportunities.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner promptly.
• Maintain equipment in working order and report problems.
• Stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Owner.
