Qualifications

• Leads the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Interviews, hires, trains and disciplines employees under GM guidance.
• Communicates effectively with GM/Owner on issues affecting business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitable operation of the restaurant within company guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, and employment practices.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Manage costs (food, labor, controllables, utilities) and drive sales growth.
• Provide leadership to maintain superior guest service and cleanliness.
• Assist GM in executing operating game plans and company initiatives.
• Contribute to interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees.
• Ensure required programs and reports are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues to GM/Owner that may impact business.
• Be on one's feet up to 13 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
