Responsibilities

• Ensure profitable operation within guidelines for food cost, labor, and utilities.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service standards.
• Assist GM in coordinating current operations and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining staff.
• Ensure programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and on schedule.
• Represent the brand professionally and communicate issues to GM/Owner.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with policies.
