Job summary

Firehouse Subs Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee profitable restaurant operations while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health, wage, age, ADA, and employment practices rules.

You will lead the restaurant team to maintain superior guest service, quality and cleanliness, and you will assist the GM in coordinating and implementing operational plans and company initiatives in a timely,

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability of business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
• Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
