Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring profitability, adherence to health and labor regulations, and high standards of guest service. The role requires leading a team, coordinating with the GM/Owner, and promoting the brand’s safety initiatives.

You will hire, train, and discipline staff, manage scheduling, and uphold Firehouse Subs policies while representing the brand professionally to customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Leads a restaurant team to achieve superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age restrictions and ADA.
• Enforces all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through controlling food cost, labor, and utilities.
• Coordinate and implement operations plans and company initiatives with GM/Owner guidance.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees.
• Ensure timely completion of required programs, reports and legal documents.
• Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives and represent the brand professionally.
