Pancheros Mexican Grill in Lansing, MI is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. You will lead and develop a diverse team, manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews, while ensuring customer satisfaction and productive, compliant service.

You will forecast labor needs, control costs, and handle cash procedures, working to maintain high quality food production, sanitation, and safety across all shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervises restaurant operations to meet company standards for customer satisfaction, speed of service, food production, safety and sanitation.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff; schedule and monitor attendance; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Forecast labor needs, monitor expenditures, and handle cash procedures.
• Address customer complaints and ensure resolution to satisfaction.
• Lead daily operations, monitor prep quality, sanitation, and portion control.
• Ensure proper stocking, storage, labeling and dating of products; maintain safety and cleanliness.
