Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to directly supervise operations at a specific location. You will ensure compliance with company standards across customer satisfaction, service speed, food prep, safety and sanitation, hiring, training, supervision, and financial accountability.

You will lead a team, monitor labor, inventory, and cash handling, while maintaining high quality and responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervises restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Oversees hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.
• Manages scheduling, attendance, and payroll-related responsibilities.
• Monitors food production, safety, sanitation, and quality controls.
• Maintains customer service standards and resolves complaints.
• Ensures proper portion control and accurate charging of menu items.
• Monitors inventory, supplies, and daily cash handling.
• Communicates results and reports to ownership and franchisor.
