Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant operations to ensure adherence to company standards across service, food production, safety, sanitation, and financial controls.
• Supervises 3–10 employees per shift; assigns tasks and monitors timely completion.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and attendance; ensures proper portion controls and inventory management.
• Handles customer complaints and resolves issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in prep areas, dining room, restrooms, and service areas.
• Markets the restaurant within the neighborhood to raise brand awareness; completes daily/weekly/monthly reports.
