Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations of a single restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, fast service, safe food handling, and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead a team of 3–10 staff per shift, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and coordinate with owners and franchisors. Strong English communication and presence in the Davenport area are required.

Responsibilities
