Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Market Supervisor/Multi-Unit Supervisor to lead multiple drive-ins in a designated area. The role emphasizes guest service, operations, and achieving financial goals while guiding GMs and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least three years as a restaurant general manager (QSR preferred).
• Preferred: Multi-unit supervisor experience.
• Knowledge/Skills: labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations; computer, math, accounting, and reading skills; strong communication; leadership and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, train, and coach drive-in teams regarding guest service, operations, and financial goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, assign, supervise, discipline, and terminate drive-in GMs and employees.
• Supervise compensation levels for drive-in employees per company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop drive-in management and employees.
• Handle escalated guest issues/concerns.
• Investigate and resolve employee issues/concerns.
• Forecast and control drive-in food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and quality.
• Lead regular team meetings to focus on standards, guest service, and goals.
• Communicate plans and achievements to drive-in teams.
• Supervise drive-in recordkeeping and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-ins and equipment; supervise vendor performance; conduct audits.
• Comply with all company policies and legal requirements; maintain regular attendance.
