Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Oversee all drive-in operations to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Lead opening/closing duties and handle guest/employee issues.
• Plan and control food, labor, and inventory for cost efficiency.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and execute local marketing and business plans.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and compliance with policies.
