Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Market Supervisor/Multi-Unit Supervisor to lead and manage multiple drive-ins in a designated area, ensuring guest service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial accountability. The role entails recruiting, coaching, and supervising General Managers and staff across units.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost-control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: advanced studies in business or restaurant management.
• Experience: at least 3 years as a restaurant general manager (QSR preferred).
• Preferred: multi-unit supervisor experience.
• Knowledge/skills: familiarity with labor laws, health and safety regulations, accounting basics, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, train, and coach drive-in teams toward guest service, operations, and financial goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise drive-in General Managers and employees.
• Approve drive-in employees' compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop drive-in management and staff.
• Handle escalated guest issues and concerns.
• Investigate and resolve employee issues and concerns.
• Forecast and manage food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and quality.
• Lead regular team meetings focused on standards, guest service, and financial goals.
• Communicate plans, goals, expectations, opportunities, and achievements to teams.
• Maintain all drive-in records and operational reports.
• Develop and monitor local marketing and business performance action plans.
• Ensure proper maintenance of drive-ins and equipment.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct audits of records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws; maintain regular attendance.
