Job summary

IHOP 3028 Harker Heights in Texas is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead restaurant operations, oversee staff, guest service, and adherence to SOPs and local regulations.

You will drive annual financial and local marketing objectives, recruit and train employees, manage inventory and food quality, supervise equipment and safety, and ensure timely reporting and professional guest resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Minimize guest complaints and address concerns professionally and promptly.
• Recruit, train and retain employees; coach and document performance.
• Ensure food meets SOP specifications, proper plating, and served at correct temperatures.
• Oversee inventory, ordering to avoid out-of-stock items; maintain supplies.
