Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; 2–4 years related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the assigned IHOP unit and drive guest satisfaction.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage restaurant floor, maintain guest contact, and handle complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train, retain staff, conduct coaching, and administer compensation plans.
• Ensure food safety and SOP compliance in recipes, plating, and temperatures.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and equipment; ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain safety, security, and regulatory compliance programs.
