• Oversee the entire operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions
• Provide consistent support to staff and ensure positive guest interactions
• Uphold standards, maintain product quality, and ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
• Provide employees with feedback to facilitate development and enhance operations
• Enforce uniform standards and perform line checks for weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organization
• Staff the unit by interviewing, hiring, and training hourly candidates and conducting orientations
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor controls) and reconcile company assets
• Prepare food production checklists and ensure proper implementation of company recipes
• Order food, small wares, uniforms, and other items to maintain standards
• Identify opportunities and implement plans; approve/discuss food/ beverage discounts; prioritize safety and security
