Job summary

Brothers Bar & Grill is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality food presentation and guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest engagement, and the ability to manage both Front and Back of House operations, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants.
• At least one year of managerial or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Desire to grow as a leader and daily improve.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Front of House and Back of House operations as assigned by General Manager.
• Interviewing, training and coaching Front of House co-workers.
• Completing fiscal management processes.
• Assisting with coworker scheduling development.
• Providing leadership and being a role model for all coworkers.
• Serving and/or bartending shifts.
• Resolving guest concerns.
• Overseeing large party bookings, special events and company specials.
• Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation.
• Setting high expectations for coworker performance and ensuring policies are followed.
