Brothers Bar & Grill-Downtown in Indianapolis, IN has immediate openings for full-time management team members as General Managers and Assistant Managers. You will run daily bar and grill operations, hire and train staff, schedule shifts and control inventory to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, motivation to grow with a rapidly expanding chain and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Must have bartending and/or serving experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
