Brothers Bar & Grill in Fort Collins, CO, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager. You will work with the management team to provide outstanding guest experiences and a positive work environment for all team members, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory control.

The position offers $20 per hour for 40 hours a week with benefits including paid vacation, health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management or supervision.
• Bartending and/or restaurant serving experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems.
• Strong inventory, labor, safety management knowledge.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication.
