Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management or supervision experience.
• Bartending and/or restaurant serving experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software.
• Strong inventory control, labor, safety, and guest satisfaction knowledge.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to coach, train and teach staff.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
