Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience required.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Preferred: experience in full-service restaurant management (including bar).
• Certification in food safety preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing and hiring, while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Outback Steakhouse brand.
• Oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH functions, ensuring appearance, presentation and customer experience meet standards.
• Provide professional leadership and direction to employees.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting service standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; support health inspections.
