The role involves staffing, coaching hourly team members, and enforcing company policies across all areas of the restaurant.

You will lead with strong leadership, ensure menu knowledge, and participate in community opportunities while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21.
• Experience in full-service restaurant management (including bar) preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with safety, sanitation standards and company policies across laws.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty by setting service standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
