Lead hourly teams, manage COGS and labor, recruit and develop staff, and partner with the management team to deliver memorable experiences while achieving business goals.

This role requires weekend/evening shifts and a strong commitment to core values in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership of teams in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment venue.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
• Proven cost of goods sold and labor management skills.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
