Dave & Buster’s, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will oversee all aspects of the business, lead hourly team members, manage cost of goods sold and labor, and ensure a memorable guest experience while working a schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
