Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will develop and lead hourly team members, demonstrate proactive leadership, recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop staff, while living our core values and driving high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations.
