Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment operation. You will supervise teams, drive guest satisfaction, and implement standards to improve business results.

Daily duties include developing hourly staff, recruiting, coaching, and training, while managing cost of goods sold and labor. You’ll lead with our core values in a high-energy, noisiest settings and weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development.
