You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and entertainment operations, coordinating with the leadership team to hit targets and maintain standards. The role requires a proven track record in hospitality, the ability to manage costs and labor, and a passion for creating a memorable guest experience in a dynamic, high-volume

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
