You will oversee all aspects of the business, from the smallest details to the big picture, in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment. You should be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage cost of goods sold and labor, and work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
