Job summary

Taco Bell in Baytown, Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant in line with Taco Bell Corporation standards and company practices.

You will lead the team, control costs, improve service quality, build sales through local marketing, supervise labor, handle cash, and ensure safety and cleanliness while developing employees through coaching and reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and handle customer concerns.
• Conduct team and management meetings for planning and training.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze P&L, and control inventory.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust for sales volume.
• Handle cash deposits and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety and health compliance and maintain clean restaurant image.
• Maintain hiring and payroll records; update applicant tracking.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
• Perform administrative duties and attend Area Coach meetings.
