Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of cost controls and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at front counter and ensure quality service.
• Train and coach employees to display courtesy and handle complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management for planning and policy review.
• Monitor inventory and costs; analyze profits and losses; take corrective action.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust for sales volume; manage labor costs.
• Oversee cash control; deposits and cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, and restaurant image standards; ensure cleanliness and uniformity.
• Participate in performance reviews and maintain employee records.
