Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be Serv Safe Certified
• Knowledge of P & L statements
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution
• Requires open availability

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train employees to handle complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management to plan and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs and profitability; manage inventory and losses.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust for volume changes.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits following procedures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, and uphold image standards.
• Keep hiring and promotions records; process payroll and filings as required.
• Document disciplinary actions and maintain personnel files.
• Use preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Attend District Manager meetings for planning and training.
• Complete all required administrative paperwork.
