• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and train employees.
• Conduct meetings with team and management to plan and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales, and utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze profits, and manage inventory per guidelines.
• Develop and post labor schedules and adjust for volume changes.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits following procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant and ensure health standards are met.
• Oversee payroll, hiring decisions, and performance reviews.
