• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Lead team meetings to plan and review operations/policies.
• Develop and maintain sales; monitor costs and inventory.
• Manage labor schedules and payroll; use labor guidelines.
• Maintain cash controls and daily deposits.
