Burger King - 8387 - Dublin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality customer service, and drive profitability. You will train staff, manage schedules, control costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ with Serv Safe certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle labor and inventory management while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; some college preferred; Previous restaurant experience desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be Serv Safe certified.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; listen to understand; influence others; present information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train employees.
• Conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and policy reviews.
• Develops and maintains an acceptable level of sales and utilizes local store marketing.
• Monitors utilities and costs; analyzes Profit & Loss statements and takes corrective action.
• Develops and posts labor schedules; adjusts labor to changes in sales volume.
• Manages cash control and follows cash handling procedures.
• Ensures health, safety, and cleanliness standards; maintains restaurant appearance and image.
