Job summary

Taco Bell Baltimore is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and oversee shift operations. The ARM will train crew, supervise AGMs and Shift Managers, and ensure consistent service quality and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, maintaining food safety, analyzing sales and labor, and aiding in scheduling and budgeting to help achieve margin targets while developing staff for future promotion to RGM.
