Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing shifts, ensuring outstanding guest service, and maintaining Zaxby’s quality standards for food, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, managing cash and POS operations, monitoring food safety and inventory, and helping achieve sales and labor goals.

Qualifications
