Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture and drive customer satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans to improve service quality.
• Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor food and labor costs and maximize profitability.
• Engage with the local community and explore partnerships or sponsorships.
• Communicate priorities and results to the restaurant team.
