You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage costs, and maintain high food quality and service levels, contributing to overall brand success across multiple concepts.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: supervise restaurant activities and staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Customer Service: ensure guests have a positive dining experience and address needs or complaints.
• Staff Management: hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Inventory and Budget Management: manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and budget for food/labor/expenses.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are met, licenses maintained.
• Quality Control: monitor food quality and presentation; maintain portions and prep times.
• Financial Management: analyze sales, manage cash flow, and report on performance.
• Marketing and Promotion: support promotions and loyalty programs.
