Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our award-winning brands. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage budgets, and enforce safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory criminal history
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: supervise staff, coordinate kitchen and dining service, monitor guest satisfaction
• Customer service: ensure guests have a positive dining experience, address needs, resolve complaints
• Staff management: hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; foster a positive work environment
• Inventory and budget management: oversee inventory, manage ordering, control costs, balance budgets
• Compliance and safety: ensure health, safety, sanitation, licenses and certifications are maintained
• Quality control: monitor food quality and presentation, ensure consistency
• Financial management: oversee revenue, analyze sales, manage cash flow and financial reporting
• Marketing and promotion: collaborate with marketing to create promotions and loyalty programs
