Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring policy compliance and excellent service.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive, growth-oriented culture.
• Drive guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
