High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team toward delivering exceptional dining experiences in our New York location.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and budgets, enforce health and safety standards, and collaborate with marketing for promotions and loyal customer initiatives. Prior restaurant leadership experience is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory criminal history.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written materials, write in grammatically correct sentences, and perform basic to intermediate mathematical computations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: supervise restaurant activities, manage staff, coordinate kitchen and dining service, monitor guest satisfaction.
• Customer service: ensure guests have a positive dining experience, address needs, resolve complaints, uphold service standards.
• Staff management: hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
• Inventory and budget management: oversee inventory, manage ordering and stock control, enforce cost controls, balance budgets for food, labor, and ops.
• Compliance and safety: ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation regulations, licenses, and certifications.
• Quality control: monitor food quality and presentation, ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
• Financial management: oversee revenue generation, analyze sales, manage cash flow, report financial performance.
• Marketing and promotion: collaborate with marketing to implement promotions, seasonal specials, and loyalty programs
