Job summary

You will drive scheduling, safety, and high-quality service in a high-volume environment, reporting to the Regional Director. A BA/BS in hotel/restaurant management is preferred with 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to the guest experience.
• Commit to passionately, intensely, uncompromisingly humble hospitality and high-quality guest experience.
• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain staffing plans and prepare schedules to ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, appearance and atmosphere standards.
• Control costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities and labor while remaining focused on profitability.
