Job summary

Good Time Design in Nashville, TN is seeking a Restaurant/Bar Manager to work with the General Manager to ensure daily operations and staff leadership. You will supervise on-floor staff, manage POS, and uphold quality in food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness, stock management, guest relations, and incident reporting. Requires 2+ years in fast-paced restaurant/bar management; ServSafe certification; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in fast-paced restaurant/bar management.
• ServSafe Certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff on the floor and manage day-to-day operations.
• Perform manager POS responsibilities and ensure quality, presentation of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and ensure proper stock levels.
• Respond professionally to guest and employee issues and document incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
