Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive a positive guest experience. You will supervise staff, ensure quality, safety, and sanitation, and implement brand initiatives under the General Manager’s direction.

The role focuses on sales growth, team development, and maintaining high standards across service channels, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery. This is an hourly/part-time on-site position in Mississippi.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant operations and team leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage guest experience and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales growth and positive guest experience.
• Direct and control daily restaurant operations per supervisor directions.
• Ensure high quality food, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Schedule staff and manage labor with business trends in mind.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and maintain brand standards.
• Handle cash control and daily paperwork tasks.
