Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead restaurant operations, uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture, and drive excellent guest experience.

You will supervise shifts, open and close, manage cash handling, enforce policies, deploy Crewmembers, and ensure cleanliness and safety while delivering outstanding service; 3+ years of restaurant/retail management and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in operating the restaurant with excellence.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Deploys crewmembers during shifts and delivers exemplary customer service.
• Uses reward and recognition programs for crewmembers; handles promotions and timeclock overrides.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
